چكيده لاتين
Today , percieved products and services quality from customers viewpoints that identified as a competition factor . For countries , the definition , measurement and improvement service quality has been an issue of primary importance .
Percieved health care quality is another types of services that have strategic importance . Thus , it seems necessary the hospitals should look for gaining expeiience to identify of needs and expectations of customers . Therefore , this study the development effective model and tool for evaluation percieved health care quality sutable to expectations and perceptions of iranian patients in a manner that could be helpful for the hospitals to evaluation the percieved health care quality.
Thus , for determination of dimensions the percieved health care quality should perform detective interviews and then, two questions for expectations and perceptions are prepared and then percieved health care quality of hospitals under research were studied and evaluated on the basis of idetified dimensions and lead to ranking the hospitals.
According to the findings of the search , six dimensions are identified that are determinants to the percieved health care quality from iranian patients viewpoints at the hospitals in tehran. tangible factors, reliability, assurance, empathy, professional and technical quality and commercial aspects.
