United Nations Human Rights Council

United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) was established in 2006 after dissolution of Human Rights Commission of the United Nations. UNHRC is an affiliated body of the General Assembly of the United Nations. It is one of the most important international organizations in this matter aiming at promoting and protecting human rights in all countries throughout the world. In this article, the duties, structure and procedures of UNHRC are investigated and discussed.
