Subsidy Policy Aproached from Justice Theory

Subsidies are very sensitive and vital subject in any country. It affects many areas of national economy: Itʹs Justification and clarification is a difficult task because of being multi­dimensional phenomenon involving values, institutions and culture. In order to grasp the full impact of subsidy policy we have to discuss various aspects of society and population what is known as social contract is nothing but transaction between individuals themselves and their relation with the government as real and legal agent. Defining inter-relationship between different real and legal individual on the basis of competitive market system means that the country based on its own peculiarities can have efficient resource allocation.
