Contemporary Literature in Syria and Lebanon

Contemporary literature has been created in Syria and Lebanon because of the suitable backdrop which was provided by previous poets. So they could create schools in their countries by using Western classic methods. For instance, in classic poet which was based on "wisdom" philosophy, emotion has given up against wisdom; this school followed the Arithmetic school. On the other hand, by composing rhythmic poets in Persian, the close relation is clearly observable; such as Nima and shamlooʹs. Contemporary poets such "Nazek al-Malaʹek" and "Nezar Ghovani" could use these in their songs and emotions which have the most important effect on Arab, Syrian and Lebanese poetry.
