Analysis of the Relationship between teachersʹ participation in decision making and their morale: a case study in Shahreza and Dehaghan

The major aim of this study is to examine the relationship between teacherʹs participation in decision making in schoolsʹ affairs and their morale, in the primary, guidance and secondary schools, in Shahreza and Dehaghan. Cities The study is a correlational type; the population consist of 3392 teachers; 150 teachers are randomly sampled; and the data has been gathered with two questionnaires.
