Education and Virtual Courses in Internet

Internet and distance education has created a new profession and a new technique for education. This article aims at showing how technologies of exchanging data can influence distance education and the techniques of teaching and help teachers and students in virtual classes. The authors focus on the history of distance education, its current problems, and role of central governments, they address required changes in areas such as curriculum, interaction, organizational structures, and role of participants.
