In This paper, proposed TOPSIS technique to provide assessment of efficiency by ranking companies. Some financial performance factors has chosen as input for the TOPSIS algorithm and by regression analysis the correlation between the factors were examined, so the reliability and accuracy of selected financial performance factors used in TOPSIS algorithm by correlation between those factors were surveyed and according to result analysis two groups of factors related in to each other, witch can be used as relevant and substitute factors in evaluation the efficiency of companies have found
