A sociological survey on neighborhood relations in Residential complex of Tehran city (a case study of district No.2 )

Neighborhood has changed as well as urbanization and it s significant refers to its role in life and primitive relations of people. The kinds of neighborhood relations differ according to their social stratum also cultural social and economical levels. It means that neighborhood relations are based on their social status. This research tries to study weakening neighborhood interactions theory in Tehranʹs district No.2 and examines their weakness and strength. The result of tests indicates that neighborhood relations are not weak in that district as the theorists of ecologic determinism believed on. Although some hypotheses approved this matter but that is no reason for abstention from neighborhood relations with close neighbors.
