بررسي عوامل موثر بر گرايش زنان به سازمان هاي غير دولتي در شهر اهواز

The Study of Effective Factors on Womensʹ Attitudes toward Non-governmental Organizations (Case Study: Ahwaz City)

The present research is based on a part of the information obtained from a study on the womensʹ attitude towards Non-governmental organizations (NGO) in the city of Ahwaz. Target population of the study was all of 1750 women, who were the members of NGOs in Ahwaz. A sample size of 138 women was selected by cluster random sampling method for this study. Theoretical context of this research was based on the Parsons, Coleman and Ingle hartʹs theories. Findings clearly show that significant relationship existed between the degree of social capital, post material values and womensʹ participation with the degree of their opinion and attitudes towards Non-governmental organizations.
