    The purpose of this study was to investigate bans influencing and impaqcting women in the office in the realm of sport participation. The method invoked was descriptive-analytic. The women whole in the office was its population (N= 17685) in 2006 and our sample included 400 employees that selected randomly. This study utilizes a questionnaire which its Reliability and Validity has been approved by test of Cronbach Alpha equal 86%. This questionnaire includes bans which impact womenʹs in the office to participate in physical activities or not. These factors have been classified as the following: l)Social-cultural 2)Economical 3) Trained individuals 4)Viewpoint of family 5) Sport facilities & 6) Propaganda. Results showed that nonparticipation of employeeʹ women in sport is related to Social- cultural, Economical, and Viewpoint of family factors. However Economical factor (SD=1.02, x=4.03), Sport equipment (SD=0.99, x=3.75) and Social- cultural (SD=0.71, x=3.52), have the most role in putting bans and constrains on women .The most significant ban for sport participation recognized was Social-cultural factors. Other results of this study indicated that lack of time {11%), putting occupation in forground (74%), lack of safe place for sport (72 %), and the negative role of authorities (70 %) play a part in determining whether or not to participate.
