Planning an appropriate Organization Structure of Commandment for Road Accidents

Accident is among the consequences of road transportation resulting in damages, wastage of time... An efficient system of transportation is one in which solving problems due to accidents can occure in the most efficient way. This paper aims at examining ICS as the appropriate system of transportation in Iran. The findings of the study shows that the presented ICS has the capabilitites of implementing road transportation network.
