چكيده لاتين
It is more than two decades that information beside other production factors has been posed as a valuable source. Therefore in this direction using information technology like
information systems, office automation, internet and ...... is
vital work in information collecting, processing and keeping. From other way, most of organizations use this technology as a method for review in jobs content, flexibility and competition increase . jobs content (skills variety, task identity, task significance, feedback and,...) has a remarkable effect on job satisfaction, rate job output, individual position of personnel in organization, society and productivity. In this research has tried to survey negative and positive impact of application information technology on each one of job aspects such as personnelʹs skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy, feedback and its results (motivation and finally job satisfaction). Generally, it is concluded that information technology can be the source of great development if at first works are organized right ; useless activities are deleted ; delegation of authority is accomplished ; and then is asked ; how can we reach to what is not in our abilities by this technology.
