Using, 6 Sigma Matric to Measure the Performance of a Product Supply Chain in Naragh University

Performance improvement and evaluation of supply chain is currently one of the important subjects in performance management . Today we face integration of advanced quality engineering approaches with management subjects . The main question include , how to use the integration of six sigma and supply chain management in order to be effective in performance improvement. In This thesis we have discussed about advantage and efficiency of six sigma subjects in evaluating supply chain input performance and measurement of The process Performance level and improvement. In addition compatibility of six sigma in different processes has been discussed . therefore , studying pre and past improve determination and evaluation of performance indexes evolution and using , methodology and statistical phase of six sigma in evaluating and improving supply chain performance in product line have been emphasizing. The finding imply that six sigma has a positive impact on performance improvement of supply chain . In conduction ,it is hoped that the outcomes of the thesis help companies and university in making a framework effective measuring and monitoring improvement of supply chain . The new approach , provide managers to find the weaknesses and strengths of their supply chain and affectivity try to improve it.
