A survey on changing of life style in Iranian rural society

The present paper aims to study the changing of life style in Iranian rural society. Therefore, the theoretical framework is based on Bourdieu and Englehartʹs theory in order to explain the changing of life style in rural society with emphasizing on generation. This is a quantitative and qualitative research with the usage of new approaches in rural development studies. These new approaches consisted of rapid rural appraisal and participator appraisal techniques, which consider cognition and evaluation of rural participation and their capacities. In addition, quantitative method is done thru logistic regression for testing research theoretical model. Is the research ʹs findings show that age and cultural capital are important factors in the changing of life style in rural society . Finally , new generation according to their education situation play great role in changing of life style in rural society.
