An introduction to the Conceptualisation of Security Threat

In this article attempts are made to identify security pathology through investigating effective concepts and types in diagnosing security threats, as an interdisciplinary field being concerned with the study and identification of the sources of insecurity, threats and existing chaos facing the internal public security of states and to suggest a number of mechanisms and strategies for struggling against the sources of insecurity and improving state level. Violation of law, threats emanating from the amalgation of security approach with that of insecurity, threats emanating from the link between security power and ignorance of national authority and discipline patterns and establishment of balance in both social demands and security and tolerating capacities of political systems along with other structural threats are altogether interpreted those types of threat facing administration in establishing internal security in terms of socio-political considerations. Ignoring afore-mentioned threats is likely to cause fundamental coarseness and threats in establishing internal security in structural functional behavioral and meta-behavioral levels and, if no controlling measures are taken, they may so easily promote chaos and insecurity in various social strata and ultimately threaten the legacy of the political system. It could, therefore, be concluded that the administration is required to trace sources of threat through exercising regular control and evaluation measures on the parameters concerned with internal security and control and manage them authoritatively through taking necessary and appropriate economic, social cultural and political initiatives.
