Formulating Information Technology7 Strategy in Quranic Institutions of Country. Case Study:

By entering information technology and communication to organizations, their businesses and strategies have been influenced by increasing capabilities and applications of information technology that the rate of such impact is different based on any organization. In this line, at current paper for formulating information technology strategy in Quranic institutions of country, the comprehensive framework methodology of formulating strategy has been used. The present article has been conducted through survey and field methodology. The statistical society of this research are managers and staff of institution of guiding verses of Qom as case study. For this purpose, a questionnaire including open questions and closed answers of 34 people of statistical sample were gathered and analysed. The results of research indicate that the to priority strategies of information technology of guiding verses institution in Qom include: 1- Designing and establishing comprehensive system of knowledge management, learning and communication management with audience based on information technology. 2- Formulating and implementing the comprehensive plan of media consolidating with content services and news dissemination integrally and coherently. 3- Qualitative promotion of manpower and creating situation for recruiting manpower with high productivity specially among university students and clergies. 4- Review and creating the process of protecting and promotion the orderly condition and environmental attractions and order.
