The Attitude of the University Students toward Observing Human Relations Principles by Members of Academic Staff and Administrative Employees

The major purpose of the present research is to study university studentsʹ attitude toward observing human relations principles by members of academic staff and administrative employees. It is a field study with all Islamic Azad university in Roudehen branch as the research population out of which 475 subjects were randomly selected as samples. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire (Human Relations Attitude Assessment). T-test was used to analyze the research questions. The results indicated that there is not a meaningful relationship between the first and second research questions.
