بررسي ميزان رضايت كاركنان كارگاههاي صنعتي شهر گرمسار از برخي عوامل مرتبط بانظام نگهداشت نيروي انساني در اين كارگاهها

Study of Employeesʹ Satisfaction from the Elements of Human Resource Maintenance: Production Workshops of Garmsar Industrial Town Case Study

The main question of present research is: how much employees of Production Workshops of Garmsar Industrial City are satisfied from the facilities offered in their workshops. The purpose of this study is recognition of satisfaction from work place security, compensation, training terms, reward systems, recreation facilities, housing possibilities, health services in the work place. The research is done by survey and document study and the tool is questionnaire. Population was all workers of Production Workshops of Garmsar Industrial City, in which 120 workers from 3 companies the town were studied. The research is descriptive and the finding shows that satisfaction of workers under study in relation to human resource maintenance factors (work place security, medical services and etc) were in low level.
