The Role of Policewoman in Supporting Narcotics and Drugs’ Women and Children Victims

گسترش روز افزون بزهكاري (به‌طور كلي) و ارتكاب جرم در قلمرو جرايم مواد مخدر و روانگردان و گستردگي و تنوع اين مواد (به‌طور خاص)، بزه‌ديدگي مستقيم و غيرمستقيم افراد بيشتري را در پي خواهد داشت. حق امنيت، توام با آرامش و فارغ از دغدغه‌ها و ترس‌هاس ناشي از تكرار بزه‌ديدگي، از زمره اساسي‌ترين حقوق انساني افراد هر جامعه‌اي است و گروه‌هاي آسيب‌پذيرتر در اين خصوص استحقاق توجه و حمايت بيشتري را دارند. حمايت پليسِ زن از دو قشر آسيب‌پذير جامعه - يعني زنان و كودكان - از طريق حفاظت فيزيكي در فرآيند عدالت كيفري و ترميمي در كنار حمايت‌هاي عاطفي از اين بزه‌ديدگان با تشكيل كلانتري ‌هاي ويژه اطفال و زنان و واگذاري مرحله تحقيقات مقدماتي به پليس زن (حتي زماني كه بزهكار مواد مخدر كه خود نوعي بزه‌ديده اين مواد است) و همچنين آموزش به زنان به‌منظور پيشگيري از بزه‌ديدگي مكرر، از جمله تدابير حمايتي موثر از اين بزه‌ديدگان است. بديهي است امكان اتخاذ اين اقدامات حمايتي در همه نظام‌هاي عدالت كيفري وجود ندارد، اما با توجه به امكانات و فرهنگ حاكم بر يك كشور، مي‌توان از اين اقدامات در راستاي تسكين آلام بزه‌ديدگان استفاده كرد.

The current increasing rate of crime, especially those related to drugs and narcotics, and, on the other hands, the diversity of such drugs will lead to more direct or indirect victimization of people. Enjoying a secure life far from victimization fears or concerns is one of the most fundamental human rights in which vulnerable people deserve more attention and support. The policewoman advocacy of two vulnerable groups of society, i.e. women and children, through physical conservation in the process of criminal justice (as well as restorative justice) and emotional supports like establishing especial women and children police stations in which policewomen are responsible for primary investigations (even though the offender of drug crimes is a woman or child) are some protective effective measures for such victims. Furthermore, in this regard, training women to prevent re-victimization is crucial, as well. Doubtless, enjoying such protective measures won’t be completely achieved in all criminal justice systems, but considering the resources and the culture of any society they can be partly achievable to reduce the pains of victimization.
