چكيده لاتين
There are miscellaneous methods, for formulating strategy at different levels and subjects. Now, it is better to address the approaches, schools, and methods respectively before formulating the strategy. This article makes a comparative study of the approaches and methods of formulating strategy in human resourses section. Also, it classify those approaches as Prescriptive and Descriptive; Rational; Processual, Configurational, Determinist, Institutional; approaches based on Rational Planning; Incremental or Real, Philosophy, Policy, Programs, Practices and Processes based on Strategic Reference Points [SRPs], Integrated attitude, Obligational attitude, Interactional attitude. Finally, it offers a combined method for formulating strategy in human resources section.
