Evaluation and Selection of Contractors In Petro-chemical Projects

text In this article, we defined the priorities for contractors of city hallʹs projects using Multiple Criteria Decision Making technique. We used MCDM because there are some quantities and qualities criteria in contractor selection problem. To determine the priority of our contractors and to allocate each relevant criterion its own weights or importance, there has been used questionnaire. We ask our DM about importance of each criterion. Priority has been done with the assistance of BORDA and TOPSIS techniques. We have applied and use TOPSIS to rank and select a contractor in a specific project in city hall.Hopefully with this dissertation near to complete, a new opinion will be opened with regard to the tenders and contractor selection issue in public and industrial section and the topic will put forward for more disscussion nationwide along with some new proposals and views.
