The effect of different concentrations of benomil and carbendazim pesticides on sperm quality and quantity of Rutilus frisii Kutum

Present study was conducted to study the effect of different concentrations of benomil and carbendazim pesticides on some sperm quality treats and parameters of Rutilus frisii Kutum. Data was analyzed using complete randomized design with one-way ANOVA. The specimenʹs of measured with fazcontrast microscope with camera. For measurement of spermatocrite after centerfuse, micro tube with semen, was determined with micro hematocrit reader, sperm concentration was calculated with standard haematocitometry method, (xlO9). The results were shown that, sperm duration, sperm motility (%), pH and sperm volume were significant (P<0.0\), but spermatocrite, sperm density and bloodstock lengths, were not significant (P>0.05). In conclusion, residual pesticides in nature can decrease sperm quality in Rotilus frisii Kutum.
