    By entering the twenty-first century, the most important challenges that organizations are faced with is increased stress among their employees. Now, this question is very important that how this stress impact on employee performance, employee satisfaction and commitment? Objective of this research is presenting a model that can explain the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Sample contains 103 employees of Iranian Offshore Oil Drilling Company. Structural equation modeling technique was used to evaluate the proposed model. The results indicate good fitting for proposed model and showed a significant and negative relationship between job stress variable and job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables. It was also found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment
