The Effect of Career Decision Skills Training on Career Decision Making Self Efficacy, Career Indecisiony on Group of Ahvaz Azad University Students

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of career decision skills training on career decision making self efficacy and career indecision on Islamic Azad university of Ahwaz students. To investigate research assumptions, in semi-experimental formatting, 36 subjects were selected through available sampling, and placed randomly in the experimental and control group. All two groups in a pre-test, post-test were assessed by Career decision making self efficacy scale and Career decision scale. The experiment group was exposed to 10 training sessions, the control groups was not exposed to any intervention. The results of this research showed that career decision skills training, increased career decision making self efficacy and it is not effective on career indecision.
