Cloning of Human Beings with Special Reference to Viewpoints of Imam Khomeini

چكيده: شبيه‌سازي يا شيوه توليد مثل غيرجنسي، كه پس از طي مراحل آزمايشي بر روي حيوانات، آماده ورود به عرصه زندگي انسان شده است؛ سبب بروز آراي متناقضي، خصوصاً در حوزه‌هاي اخلاق، دين، فلسفه و حقوق، گشته است. بعضي آن را «باوري فاقد اصول اخلاقي و انساني، مخدوش‌كننده انديشه خدامحور در زمينه آفرينش و مسبب تزلزل جايگاه حقوقي فرد كلون شده دانسته و خواستار توقف اين تحقيقات شده‌اند. برخي ديگر، به ويژه فقهاي شيعه با محوريت نظريات امام خميني در زمينه فناوريهاي محتمل توليد انسان آن را راهگشاي افقهاي نويني نسبت به آينده دانسته‌اند. در اين مقاله، ابتدا، دو شيوه متفاوت شبيه سازي انساني و درماني معرفي مي‌شود و پس از ذكر تاريخچه، فوايد و مضرات هر يك برشمرده شده و ديدگاه اديان آسماني در مورد آنها مطرح مي‌شود. در نهايت نيز در تاييد انجام هر دو نوع شبيه سازي استدلال مي‌شود.

Cloning or reproduction other than through intercourse which is now ready to enter manʹs life after having been tested on the animals, has created controversial discussions in the field of ethics, religion, philosophy and law. Some consider it an idea lacking ethical and humane bases, which undermines the ideas of God-centrism in the field of creation and also undermining the rights of the cloned person. Hence, they call for stopping research in the field of human cloning. Some of the Shia jurisprudents particularly Imam Khomeini consider the technology for probable reproduction of man as a means to open new horizons for the future. In the present article the two methods of cloning, that is, human and curative, are described and their negative and positive aspects discussed. Also the viewpoints of the divine religions about these methods are discussed and finally it is argued that both the methods are acknowledged.
