A Psychological Approach to Arvin D.Yalomʹʹs When Nietzsche Wept

رمان وقتي نيچه گريست، اثر اروين يالوم، يكي از برجسته‌ترين رمان‌هايي است كه به نيكي پيوند ادبيات و روان‌شناسي را نمايان ساخت و چنان مورد توجه قرار گرفت كه اندكي بعد فيلمي با همين نام، بر اساس آن ساخته شد و جوايز متعددي را از آن خود كرد. نويسنده اين رمان، در قالب يك رمان جذاب، چگونگي درمان روان‌نژندي دو تن از نوابغ غرب (فريدريش نيچه و يوزف‌بروير، استاد فرويد) را به نمايش گذاشته است. در اين جستار، رمان ياد شده، از منظر نقدي روان‌شناختي،به ويژه با توجه به «نهاد، من، فرامن و ليبيدو » نقد و بررسي گرديد و مشخص شد كه اين رمان، در قالب دو بخش جداگانه، شكل گرفته كه در اين مقاله به آن پرداخته مي‌شود.

The novel, When Nietzsche Wept, by Arvin D.Yalom, has efficiently manifested the ties between literature and psychology, and it was so imperssive that immadiately a movie with the same name was made that became very famous and won many awards. The writer has aimed to demonstrate the psychoneurosis treatment of two western geniuses. In this essay, attempts has been made to evaluate the novel from a psychoanalytic perspective, especially whith a particular reference to Id, Ego and Superego and Libido. It was percieved that this novel has been written in two separate episodes. The first one includes: Broyer (ID), Matilde, Broyerʹs wife (Superego), Nietzsche (Ego) and Berte (Libido) and the second one includes: Nietzsche (ID), Elizabet, Nietzscheʹs sister and his mother (Superego), Broyer (Ego) and Salomeh (Libido).
