مطالعه موردي رابطه سازگاري اجتماعي و نگرش سياسي ــ اجتماعي نوجوانان با تماشاي ماهواره در شهر تهران

Relationship between Social Adjustment and Socio-Political Attitude with Satellite TV Viewing: A case Study of Tehran City’s Adolescents

هدف از مقاله حاضر مطالعه موردي، بررسي رابطه بين سازگاري اجتماعي و نگرش سياسي ـ اجتماعي نوجوانان با تماشاي ماهواره است. نمونه پژوهش، شامل 60 دختر نوجوان (30 دختر از خانواده‌هاي داراي ماهواره و 30 دختر از خانواده‌هاي فاقد ماهواره) و 60 پسر نوجوان (30 پسر از خانواده‌هاي داراي ماهواره و 30 پسر از خانواده‌هاي فاقد ماهواره) از مناطق4 و 16 شهرداري تهران بوده و براي سنجش متغيرها از پرسشنامه‌هاي سازگاري اجتماعي كاليفرنيا و نگرش سياسي ـ اجتماعي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحليل واريانس دوراهه نشان مي‌دهد كه ميزان سازگاري اجتماعي نوجوانان خانواده‌هاي داراي ماهواره ضعيف‌تر از نوجوانان خانواده‌هاي فاقد ماهواره است. همچنين نتايج تحليل واريانس چند متغيره نشان مي‌دهد كه در رعايت قالب‌هاي اجتماعي و روابط درون خانوادگي، بين نوجوانان استفاده‌كننده از ماهواره و نوجوانان فاقد ماهواره تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد؛ به اين ترتيب كه استفاده از ماهواره در خانواده، با سازگاري اجتماعي دختران و پسران نوجوان و نگرش سياسي ـ اجتماعي پسران رابطه منفي دارد.

The present paper is based on a case study of the relationship between gender, social adjustment and socio-political attitude of adolescents watching satellite TV in Tehran. The samples consists of 60 female adolescents (30 girls from families holding satellite TV and 30 girls from non-satellite TV households) and 60 male adolescents (30 boys from families holding satellite TV and 30 boys from non-satellite TV households) living in Strict 4 and 16 of Tehran City. To assess the variables, the researcher used questionnaire of California social adjustment and socio-political attitude. Variance analysis shows that the level of social adjustment among satellite-TV holding adolescents is weaker than that of adolescents who watch satellite TV. Multivariate analysis of variance also indicates that there is a significant difference between satellite-watching adolescents and those without satellite TV in terms of obeying social norms and intra-family relations. In other words, using satellite TV in family has a negative relationship with the boys and girls adjustment as well as boy’s socio-political attitude.
