Geocultural Inter-relations of Iranian and Pakistani Balochistan in the Globalization Era

روابط متقابل ژيوفرهنگي بين بلوچستان ايران و پاكستان درعصرجهاني شدن

The province of Sistan and Balochistan shares a border of more than 1100 kilometers with Pakistan and Afghanistan. The Baloch living in Sistan and Balochistan (Iranian Balochistan) and Pakistani Balochistan have similar customs and traditions. Several factors account for interaction between the two populations. Socio-cultural and economic factors are the major source of interactions.Trade is the economic foundation of the border region. So, because of the vast boundaries, across the border, illegal trade is common among settlers of both sides.The study takes culture and modernity as the process of product and aims to provide a deeper insight and develop a better understanding of the influence of culture on modernity and globalization in general and its cultural tradition in Balochistan, particularly Iranian Balochistan.This paper is an attempt to examine the socio-economic and cultural inter-relations of Iranian and Pakistani Balochistan in the globalization era. استان سيستان و بلوچستان بيش از 1100 كيلومتر مرز مشترك با كشورهاي پاكستان و افغانستان دارد و مي توان از دلايل مختلفي براي روابط بين آنها ياد كرد، عوامل اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي از جمله دلايل اصلي رابطه ي متقابل بين بلوچ هاي ايران و پاكستان است كه داراي فرهنگ، زبان و نژاد مشتركي هستند. علاوه برروابط فوق، روابط عاطفي و نسبت هاي فاميلي بين مردم اين مناطق نيز وجود دارد كه باعث رفت و آمد قانوني و غير قانوني بين دو سوي مرز ميشود. تجارت بين دو كشور، بنيان اصلي اقتصاد نواحي مرزي منطقه ي بلوچستان است. بنابراين به دليل وابستگي اقتصادي و مرزهاي گسترده بين دو كشور قاچاق كالا، مواد مخدر و مهاجرت غير قانوني نيزدر ميان ساكنان دو طرف مرز رايج است. اين مقاله تلاش دارد تا اثرات روابط اجتماعي، فرهنگي و اقتصادي بلوچستان ايران و پاكستان را در عصر جهاني شدن با استفاده از روش تحقيق كيفي برپايه ي رابطه ي ژيوفرهنگي بين دو كشور و تحليل محتواي توصيفي مورد بررسي قرار دهد.
