The Effect of Native and Local Games on the Students\ʹ Visual/Motional Growth among mental retarded students in Pre-School and Elementary First-Graders in the city of Shiraz

هدف كلی پژوهش، مطالعه و بررسی تأثير بازی‌های بومی و محلی بر ادراك بصری ـ حركتی دانش‌آموزان پيش دبستانی و سال اول ابتدايی شهر شيراز در سال تحصيلی 1390-1389بوده است. نمونه مورد پژوهش 96 نفر از دانش‌آموزان كم توان ذهنی (48 نفر دختر و48 نفر پسر كه 24 نفر از آنان پيش دبستانی و 24 نفر سال اول ابتدايی) بوده‌اند كه بر اساس روش هدفمند انتخاب ودر گروه‌های 12 نفری آزمايش وكنترل تقسيم شده‌اند. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمايشی با طرح پيش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه كنترل بود. داده‌ها از طريق آزمون سنجش ادراك بصری ـ حركتی بندر گشتالت جمع‌آوری شد. تحليل داده‌ها نشان داد كه بازی‌های بومی و محلی، ادراك بصری ـ حركتی دانش‌آموزان پيش دبستانی و سال اول دبستان كم توان ذهنی را افزايش می‌دهد. همچنين تأثير بازی‌های بومی و محلی بر ادراك بصری- حركتی دانش‌آموزان كم‌توان ذهنی تابع جنسيت نبود.

The general purpose of this research is to study and analyze the effect of native and local games on the studentsʹ Visual/Motional growth among the pre-school and first-grade students in the city of Shiraz in academic year of 2010-2011. The sample of this research was 96 students mental retarded (48 females and 48 males. 24 students were pre-schools and 24 were first-graders). These students were selected based on the goal-oriented method and divided in groups of 12 for testing and controlling. The method of this research was a semi-testing one with a pre-test and post-test plan with the control group. The data were collected by Bender GeshTaltʹs Visual/Motional cognition assessment test. The analysis of the data showed that native and local games increases the visual/motional cognition of preschool and first graders. Also, the effect of native and local games on emotionally impaired children was not gender related.
