A Study of Problem The Truth of NecessityWith Special Reference to Imam Khomeini’s Viewpoints

حقيقت معناي «وجوب» و «استحباب»، از مباحث مطرح نزد اصوليون است كه هر يك آن را به صورت پراكنده در كتاب‌هاي خود مطرح كرده‌اند. بروجردي در آثار خود پنج قول را براي اين مساله برشمرده‌اند. ايشان البته در شمارش اقوال مزبور، به مساله تمايز ميان اشيا تمسك جسته، و بر همين اساس اقوال مختلف را تحليل كرده است. در اين مقاله تلاش مي‌شود با توجه به آرا و اقوال دانشمندان علم اصول و نيز نگاه خاص و محوري به نظر امام خميني، حقيقت معناي وجوب و استحباب واكاوي شود.

The truth of the meaning of the necessity and the desirability (recommendable) is among the serious issues discussed by experts of principles of jurisprudence, who have discussed them sporadically in their books. Boroujerdi has mentioned five narrations on this issue in his book. In enumerating the narrations, he has made distention between things and analyzed the narrations on the basis of this distinction. Attempts have been made in this article to restudy the truth of meaning of necessity and desirability (recommendable)in the light of the viewpoints and narrations of experts of the principles of jurisprudence with special reference to the viewpoints of Imam Khomeini.
