The Resistance (Resistive) Economy and Its Relation to the Socio- Economic Norms and Values

نويسنده در اين مقاله در پي تجزيه و تحليل و نقد و بررسي رابطه اقتصاد مقاومتي با ارزش ها و هنجارهاي اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي (با رويكرد آسيب شناسانه به نگاه ارزشي و هنجاري به مصرف گرايي) است؛ زيرا مسلم است نظام اسلامي براي تداوم حيات اقتصادي خود همراه با استقلال و عزت اجتماعي، لازم است در گام اول، نيازهاي اساسي و حياتي جامعه خود را با استفاده از منابع و عوامل توليد، با بهترين و اثربخش ترين شيوه و پرهيز از اتلاف و تضييع منابع تامين كند. هر چه منابع و عوامل توليد در جهت رسيدن به رشد و توسعه اقتصادي بهتر استفاده شود و كم تر معطل و راكد بماند يا اتلاف و تضييع شود، حركت در جهت اقتصاد مقاومتي شتاب بيشتري خواهد گرفت. بي ترديد اين امر مهم زماني ميسر است كه بستر اجتماعي آن نيز فراهم باشد. آنچه كه اين بستر را آماده مي سازد ارزش ها و هنجارهاي مناسب با اين تحول عظيم در زمينه اقتصادي است. بنابراين، فرض ما در اين مقاله بر اين است كه رابطه تنگاتنگي بين ارزش ها و هنجارهاي اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي با اقتصاد مقاومتي وجود دارد كه بدون وجود اين ارزش ها و هنجارها دست يابي به اقتصاد مقاومتي با چالشي جدي روبرو است.

This paper is going to analyze study and criticize the relationship between the resistance (resistive) economy and the socio-economic norms with the pathological approach with a value and norm look to the consumerism. It is obvious that the Islamic government for his continuing living with independence and social glory needs to provide the basic and vital necessities of his community with using the sources and factors of production with the best and most efficient methods and preventing waste and spoil of resources. Whatever the sources and factors of production is used better to achieve the economic growth and development and being less useless and inactive or waste or spoil, the movement toward the resistance (resistive) economy will be promoted (can grow) more quickly. Certainly, it is important to provide its social backgrounds. What make these backgrounds to be prepared are the values and norms appropriate with this great evolution of economic background. Therefore, in this article it is supposed that the close relation between social and economic values and norms with the resistance (resistive) economy that without these values and norms it confronts challenges to access the resistance (resistive) economy.
