نظريۀ همنوايي اجتماعي؛ مباني و كاربست آن در تحليل جنايت كشتار جمعي رواندا در سال 1994

The Social Conformity Theory; The Bases and Its Application in the Analysis of the Mass Slaughter of 1994 in Rwanda

كشتار جمعي نه تنها به شكلي سازمان‌يافته، گسترده و در قالب خشونت جمعي ارتكاب مي‌يابد، بلكه قربانيان زيادي را در بر داشته و صلح و امنيت جهاني را نيز تهديد مي‌كند. به همين دليل، بررسي علل مشاركت خيل عظيمي از شهروندان عادي در ارتكاب اعمال وحشيانه و گسترده، يكي از چالش‌هاي بسيار جالب براي رشتۀ جرم‌شناسي بين‌المللي است. با توجه به اينكه عوامل متعددي در سطوح مختلف و در شرايط خاص زماني و مكاني، سبب تسهيل ارتكاب جنايت كشتار جمعي مي‌گردند، لازم است با استفاده از نگرشي جامع، كنش عوامل و مؤلفه‌هاي مهم نيز در سطوح مختلف شناسايي گردد. در اين راستا، در اين مقاله از نظريۀ همنوايي اجتماعي به عنوان نگرشي چندبعدي و چندسطحي براي تحليل جرم‌شناختي كشتار جمعي در رواندا در سال 1994 استفاده شده است. شرايط سياسي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي كشور رواندا در سال‌هاي پيش از جنايت با توجه به 6 گزارۀ طرح‌شده در اين نظريه، مورد تحليل، و عوامل تأثيرگذار در ارتكاب اين جنايت مورد تدقيق و تبيين قرار گرفتند.

the mass murder not only being committed in an organized and widespread form and in the form of mass violence but also it follows a lot of victims and threatens the global and security peace. Therefore, it is an interesting challenge for the international criminology course to study why a lot of citizens participate in committing this violent and widespread act. With considering a lot of factors in different situation of specific time and place cause to facility the commitment of this mass murder, it is vital to be known the Tinteraction of factors and the important components in the different levels with a comprehensive look. In this regard, this note has used the social conformity theory as a multi-level and multidimensional attitude to analyze the criminology of the mass slaughter of 1994 in Rwanda. Based on 6 propounded propositions in this theory, the political, social and economy conditions has analyzed in Rwanda in the years before the genocide and the effective factors for committing this genocide have been clarified and clearly examined.
