The Role of Cultural Institutions in Culture_ Building, “The Protection of Cultural Productions and Works of Art

اين مقاله در صدد است به اين سؤال پاسخ دهد كه چگونه نهادهاي فرهنگي مي‫توانند در جهت فرهنگ‫سازي حمايت و صيانت از آثار و محصولات فرهنگي و هنري رسالت خود را به درستي انجام دهند؟ بنابراين مسئلة حمايت و صيانت از آثار و محصولات فرهنگي‫ـ هنري و چگونگي پرداختن به اين امر مهم در فضاي فرهنگي كشور و تبيين آن مورد بحث است. بنابراين ضمن اشارة نظري، مفهوميو روشي به خود بحث، سابقه‌اي از كارهاي انجام شده در اين زمينه و سپس پيشنهادات و راه‌حل‌هايي به وزارت ارشاد به عنوان متولي بزرگ دولتي در عرصة فرهنگ ارائه شد تا ساماندهي و سازماندهي حمايت و صيانت از آثار فرهنگي رسانه‫اي كه به نوعي حمايت از توليد ملي و كار و سرمايه ايراني محسوب مي‌‌شود، به نحو صحيح انجام پذيرد. از آنجايي‫كه وزارت ارشاد خود با تشكيل ستادي در زمينۀ حمايت و صيانت از آثار پرچم‫دار اين امر خطير شد، همة راه‫حل‫هاي موجود براي مديريت و اعمال سياست‫هاي صحيح نهادهاي فرهنگي به گونه‫اي از مجرا ونظارت وهدايت وزارت ارشاد مي‫گذرد كه بايد حياتي‫ترين وظيفة نهادها را در راستاي يكپارچگي و وحدت ‫رويه فرهنگي براي توليدات فرهنگي اصيل داخلي، در قالب‫هاي مناسب قانوني و سازماني و حكومتي ترسيم و تثبيت كند.

In this study the answer of the following question has been investigated:” how cultural institutions can support the cultural productions and works of art also how it can be effective in culture _ building process.” Indeed this article has focused on the supporting of the cultural and art productions as well as it tried to indicate that how this issue could be seen as the main issue in our country. Of course after describing methods, theories and concepts of the research, some suggestions and solutions have been offered to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance as one of the main cultural organization in the country. However the ministry has organized a department for supporting the productions. The best management styles as well as policy making also remain a cause for concern especially in this ministry as the main organization which has to support the domestic cultural productions. Therefore the support of the productions should be organized in an appropriate legal and organizational form
