همگام با افزايش فشارهاي اقتصادي به كشور و طرح كليد واژه‌ي اقتصاد مقاومتي براي مقابله با اين فشارها ، نياز به اجراي موثر لجستيك معكوس و هدايت و اداره زايدات روزبهروز افزايش مي يابد. لجستيك معكوس سبب مي شود فاكتورهاي تجاري و زيست محيطي با هم مرتبط گشته و در تصميمگيري خريد مصرفكنندگان موثر واقع شوند. لذا لجستيك معكوس به منظور تكميل چرخه زيست محيطي صنعتي از فعاليتهايي همچون بازيافت، احيا و بازسازي كه ميتوانند در سطوح مختلف به كار روند، حمايت مينمايد.در اين ميان بازيافت كاغذ كه پنجمين صنعت بزرگ مصرفكننده انرژي در دنيا است مي‌تواند در مصرف انرژي صرفه جويي و به حفظ محيط زيست كمك كند. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است به اهميت و روشهاي بازيافت كاغذ در ايران پرداخته شود و در انتها پيشنهادهايي براي تحقق آن ارائه شده است.

Therefore, reverse logistics in order to complete the cycle of industrial environmental supports activities such as recycling, recovery and reconstruction that can be applied at various levels. paper industry is the fifth largest energy consumer in the world and recycled paper can save energy and help the environment. In this paper an attempt has been made to express the importance and methods of recycling paper and at the end for its realization offer a number of solution.
