Abstract :
In self-assembled quantum dots, the strong electron–phonon interaction should lead to some polaron effects in optical spectra
(absorption and Raman scattering).We study the influence of the longitudinal optical phonons on polaron formation in CdS/ZnS
self-assembled quantum dots.
