Abstract :
Thickness, refractive index and composition of coatings consisting of polymer brushes of poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide), fabricated with different polymerization times, and oligoperoxide, grafted to the glass surface with (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, were determined using ellipsometry and AFM measurements at all the formation stages. Optimum grafting conditions were determined for each component of the composite film.
