Data Harvesting from Fields of Spindles

The mitotic spindle is essential for chromosome segregation and must be large enough to accommodate all of the chromatin in the dividing cell. In this issue, grow “fields” of spindles on coverslips to investigate the relationship between chromatin and spindle size as well as intrinsic mechanisms of spindle assembly.
