Abstract :
Empowerment is a response to demands and expectations of today human sources and a key to use all human sources’ capabilities. Empowerment achievement needs programming, attempting and patience. This research aims at effective factors on empowerment of school principals in Education organization. Also, determination of these factors’ priority is of importance in this research. A sample of 120 school principals from Ahvaz High schools is selected which regarding to the limited statistical society; the overall researched society is considered as the sample. The measurement means of questionnaires were used based on the Likert spectrum. The validity of total questionnaires, considering Kronback’s ?-coefficient evaluated to be 87%. After collecting data using SPSS, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, correlation coefficient determination, regression analysis and factor analysis tests were done to analyze the factors and data. the job satisfaction variable with standard coefficient ?=0.411 had the maximum effect on school principals empowerment. After this variable, the participation variable with standard coefficient ?=0/278 and then motivation variable with standard coefficient ?=0.238 had the maximum effects. Forth, educational variable with standard coefficient ?=0.211 had a medium effects. Finally, the IT variable standard coefficient ?=0.204 had the minimum effect on Ahvaz school principals empowerment.
