INVESTIGATION ON THE RELATION BETWEEN THE USE OF ICT AND BUREAUCRATIC HEALTH

The aim of this research is finding a correlation between the use of ICT and the bureaucratic health in Telecommunication Company of Tehran. For the purpose of research, a main hypothesis and five sub-hypotheses have been proposed. The population of this study consisted of three deputies of Telecommunication Company of Tehran province which covers a total number of 908 people. With inserting the parameters in the sample size equation, the abovementioned number has changed to 208 persons and data has collected from this sample community among questionnaires to be use in the final analyzing procedure. The questionnaire to measure the efficiency of ICT has borrowed from a previous research which held by Jahanbakhsh (2008) but the questionnaire for evaluating the bureaucratic health has designed by the authors. SPSS software has used for measuring the reliability coefficient based on the Cronbachʹs alpha factor of the questionnaires which resulted in 0.87 for the ICT usage questionnaires and 0.91 for the bureaucratic health. After analyzing the collected data, and inserting them in all hypotheses (main and the sub-hypotheses), except for the fifth one, the HO hypotheses were failed and the opposite hypotheses were proved by the 0.95 confidence level.
