Abstract :
p120-catenin regulates cell-cell adhesion by controlling cell surface retention of cadherin. In this issue, present the first crystal structure of p120 in complex with cadherin, revealing molecular details of the functional interface and providing sophisticated new tools for dissecting p120ʹs role in cell-cell adhesion.
