Abstract :
Formation of sensory maps within the olfactory bulb depends on insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling. now show that neuronal IGF secretion is regulated by neural activity through the calcium sensor synaptotagmin-10 and is required in the olfactory bulb for the sensation of smell.
