Analysis and characterisation of nitroglycerine-based explosives by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

It has been shown that the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry makes it possible to attribute a degree of characterisation to commercial nitroglycerine-based explosives by identifying and subsequently quantifying the nitroaromatic compounds inherent in the explosive types examined.
