Investigation into variations in the isomer content within the nitroaromatic component in nitroglycerine-based explosives by gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection

It has been shown that by use of gas chromatography with flame ionisation detection it is possible to identify patterns within the nitroaromatic isomer content of nitroglycerine-based explosives and hence to associate explosives from similar batch types.
