Presenting an Integrative Approach of MAPPAC and FANP and Balanced Scorecard for Performance Measurements of Container Terminals

The aim of this research is to represent an integrative approach of MAPPAC and FANP and balanced scorecard for Performance assessment of the Iranian container terminals. For this end the balanced scorecard perspectives (financial, customer, internal processes and learning and growth) was used as basis for Performance assessment. Then by use of FANP method they have been weighted. In the next step the performance of each container terminal in the balanced scorecard perspectives have been determined. Finally MAPPAC method was used to rank studied container terminals. With regard to results from FANP method, the financial aspect with weight of (0.312) is the most important as peat and then regularly the growth and innovation aspect with weight of (0.143) and internal process (0.272) also, the results from MAPPAC method have shown that regularly the A6 container terminal is ranked in the first, A5container terminals is ranked in the second, A4 container terminals of ranked in the 3rd, A3 container terminal is ranked in the 4th, the A1 container terminal is ranked in the 5th and the A2 container terminal is ranked in the 6th levels.
