Abstract :
One of the problems of an international community like Iran is the ethnic group and the challenges that in many cases have jeopardized many countries and led to the collapse of political systems. The aim of the present study is the role of pluralistic politics in the way of enhancing national integrity in Iran with the emphasis on ethnic studies in Ardabil as a case study. This study attempts to provide the appropriate guidelines for the management of ethnic diversity and appropriate policy to respect the characteristics, values, and cultures of the ethnic groups and thus creating solidarity and enhancing national integrity. This paper focuses on diversity of culture in society and is for politics that is done in front of variant ethnics. Therefore, the main question is that how is effective pluralistic politics in society and its role in protecting and increasing of national solidarity in Iran. The findings of this study show that, the ethnic discrimination and injustice against ethnic groups for 97 percent, discrimination in government economic investment in Ardabil comparing with central provinces of the country for 85 percent ethnic crises and decreasing of national solidarity, on the other hand, the role of multiculturalism and respect for ethnic groups’ cultures in national solidarity for 89 percent, and. 89 percent education in Farsi and the ignorance of teaching the other language and literature at schools and universities do not increase the national solidarity but lead to the destruction of national solidarity. The role of pluralistic politics instead of simulation politics was 52 percent in to increase national solidarity.
