Relationships between value-based orientations of managers with decision-making styles in governmental organizations (A Case study Research)

Study of the nature and purpose of the research and application of descriptive as a survey. Research population consists of senior executives of government agencies in East Azerbaijan Province, according to statistics obtained from the number of units to over of 120 people. The ransom and analyzing information and data in the present study was conducted in two distinct parts. Qualitative Cross Section Study: in this section using descriptive statistics of frequency percentage of each of the questions on the questionnaire were discussed. Statistical and Inferential: In this part of the analysis of data to testing hypotheses 1 and 2, Pearson correlation test was used and to testing Hypothesis 3, ANOVA TEST was used. The results of the study are as follows: the final values of participatory decision-making and consultative management style, there is a direct correlation between. Between values means there is a direct relationship between the managersʹ decision-making style. Based on the extended results of this research, Value orientations of managers with respect to their decision-making style is different.
