Abstract :
An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based on a monoclonal antibody (MoAb) for a fungicide flutolanil was developed. Anti-flutolanil MoAb raised to a flutolanil hapten could detect flutolanil at concentrations ranging from 0.3 to 10 ng/ml by a direct competitive ELISA. The ELISA could efficiently measure flutolanil in rice without clean-up at the regulatory maximum residue limit in Japan (1 ppm).
