Application of Fourier transform to four-electrode microvoltammetric system for studies on micro-ITIES electroanalysis Original Research Article

A new computerized four-electrode microvoltammetric system with Fourier transform was described. Fourier transform smoothing of experimental data and resolution of fused peak were achieved. Experimental verification is given by the application of this system to electrochemical studies of narcotine and strychnine transfer across a micro-ITIES. Theoretical discussion and examples are given to show how parameter estimation analysis through the use of Fourier transform algorithm can be applied not only to the resolution of simulated fused peak but also to mixtures of NH+4 and Ba2+ transfer across the micro-ITIES facilitated by DB18-C-6.
