Abstract :
The preparation and characterization of electrochemical co-polymerization of aniline (An) with o-phenylenediamine (o-PD) are reported as the first case of imprinting atropine sulfate. A bulk acoustic wave (BAW) sensor based on this material was fabricated using electrochemical method. The sensor exhibited good selectivity and sensitivity to the template. A linear relationship between the frequency shift (−Δf) and logC was found from calibration curve in the range of 8.0×10−6–4.0×10−3 M. The determination limit was 2.0×10−6 M. The sensor was successfully applied for the determination of atropine sulfate in media of serum and urine.
