Abstract :
In this paper, the nuclear conflict of Iran, which is one of the most strategic conflicts
at world, is analyzed. Since the decision makers at this conflict persist on own
interests, the conflict has been analyzed using non-cooperative game theory
approaches. So, The United Nations Security Council (UNSC), International Atomic
Energy Agency (IAEA), South Korea and Iran are considered as the key players in
the conflict and according to the six main concepts of stability definitions which is
constituted Nash Stability, General Meta Rationality (GMR), Sequential Stability
(SEQ), Limited-Move Stability (LH) and Non-Myopic Stability, is created a
stability state for each players and outcome as well as equilibrium are indicated for
overall system. The results indicates that UNSC supports from military attack to
Iran at non of states and has no intention to refer the nuclear dossier to IAEA and
tightening new sanctions against Iran. In contrast, game theory approaches
emphasizes that Iran continues nuclear activities and suspends enrichment not at all.
